Who is the Pro Cello Foundation?

We are a team passionate about supporting young cellists and promoting music education. Our mission is to create a space where young talents can develop their musical skills. We organize courses, masterclasses, and music festivals aimed at students and teachers from music schools across Poland.

Thanks to our activities, young cellists have the opportunity to showcase their talents — we organize concerts for laureates of international and national competitions, giving them the chance for further artistic development. We are also involved in organizing cultural events that help raise funds for the implementation of our goals and activities.

Our main initiatives include:

– The International Phillipp and Xaver Scharwenka Festival — a festival commemorating the composer brothers born in Szamotuły,

– The Cello Masterclass — a prestigious course held annually at the turn of June and July in Szamotuły,

– The Autumn Music Course.
